    Medical Program

    Proposed

New York currently has no legal framework for psychedelic therapy beyond ketamine. However, multiple bills have been introduced in the state legislature to create a regulated psilocybin therapy program. NYC has a thriving ketamine clinic ecosystem. Several MDMA and psilocybin clinical trials are active at NYU and Mount Sinai.

    What's Allowed

    • Ketamine therapy through licensed medical providers
    • Clinical trial participation (NYU, Mount Sinai, others)

    Not Allowed

    • Psilocybin possession or therapy (no legal framework)
    • MDMA outside clinical trials
    • Commercial psychedelic services

    How to Access

    1. 1.Find a licensed ketamine clinic in NYC or statewide
    2. 2.Search for clinical trials at NYU Langone or Mount Sinai
    3. 3.Monitor state legislation for upcoming changes
