ProposedNew York currently has no legal framework for psychedelic therapy beyond ketamine. However, multiple bills have been introduced in the state legislature to create a regulated psilocybin therapy program. NYC has a thriving ketamine clinic ecosystem. Several MDMA and psilocybin clinical trials are active at NYU and Mount Sinai.
