    Licensing Framework

    ActiveEffective January 2023

    Oregon Psilocybin Services Act (Measure 109) allows licensed service centers to administer psilocybin to adults 21+ in supervised settings. Facilitators must complete approved training and be licensed by the Oregon Health Authority. This is NOT a medical prescription model — no diagnosis is required.

    What's Allowed

    • Licensed psilocybin service centers
    • Supervised psilocybin administration for adults 21+
    • Licensed facilitator-guided sessions
    • Group and individual session formats

    Not Allowed

    • Take-home psilocybin
    • Unlicensed facilitation
    • Sales of psilocybin products outside service centers
    • Use by individuals under 21

    How to Access

    1. 1.Find a licensed psilocybin service center on the OHA registry
    2. 2.Complete an intake/screening session with a licensed facilitator
    3. 3.Schedule your administration session at the service center
    4. 4.Attend preparation, administration, and integration sessions

    Decriminalization

    ActiveEffective February 2021

    Oregon Measure 110 (Drug Decriminalization) reclassified personal possession of all drugs from a criminal offense to a Class E violation (max $100 fine). This does not legalize any substances but reduces penalties for personal use amounts.

    • Possession above personal use amounts
