ActiveEffective July 2023Seattle has deprioritized enforcement of laws against personal use of natural psychedelics. Statewide, Washington passed SB 5263 creating a task force to study psilocybin therapy. The task force recommendations are expected in 2025. Ketamine therapy is available through standard medical channels.
